Our featured co-host got his entrepreneurial start long before Al Gore invented the Internet. My homie Ozeal DeBastos shares how his journey from B-Boy to performing artist schooled him on what it means to be a connected creative. Today, he helps creative entrepreneurs find inspiration and support through his No Permission Needed movement and podcast. I seriously had a blast recording this episode with Ozeal. I loved the conversation so much, he almost got me to bust some rhymes!

OZEAL ON BEING A CONNECTED CREATIVE:
- Take care of your health, take care of yourself: working out and running 4 to 5 days a week has helped.
- Check yourself before you wreck yourself: social media is important but not the most important thing in building your community. They do not want to be bombarded all the time with you broadcasting content.
- Help other people. When you do it’s going to come back 10 times.
