Shut Up and Make Cold Happen – Episode 72

December 20, 2013

In today’s backstage episode, Phil and I talk about the winter blues. How the change in seasons affect our mindset and attitudes. And really why that impacts the work we do and the relationships we have. We had a blast in this episode and ended on a very positive note with individual intentions to make our next 21 days even more awesome and a little challenge in store waiting for you… just in time for the holidays.

Shut Up Tips:

People make decisions slower in this season. – Phil

We’ve got these massive extremes happening during our changing seasons. – Berni

It’s hard to choose happiness when you look outside and you’re like “somebody just took a crap all over my yard in the form of white snow and poop stains.” – Phil

Choose your suffering. I want to be closer to doing stuff I want to do. I want to be a 3-hour plane ride from coming home. – Phil

If it’s not winter blues, it’s entrepreneur blues. – Berni
