Having felt rejected, abandoned, deceived, and unloved, I know firsthand what it feels like to think you are not good enough and that timing is never on your side.
In this episode of Shin Kicking Mondays, I finally talk publicly about what really happened in my first ever psychotherapist visit more than six years ago. The day I thought I would never recover from a breakup with the guy I believed was “the one.” The same day I realized that losing him was the defining moment in my life when I discovered my dream job, which I’m living and breathing today.
