Today on our show, we had a blast catching up with Amy Clover, my sister-from-another-mister (yes, I’m 12). Amy had me at “Why not me?” while I was listening to an interview she gave earlier this year to promote her 30×30 Project. If you’ve ever had one of those “I want to be her friend” kind of moments, I personally felt that way about Amy long before I even met her in person this past Spring.
It’s not often you hear someone kick off their interview with “to celebrate the 30th birthday I almost didn’t have, I’m touring across North America giving donation-based fitness bootcamps in 30 cities to raise funds and awareness for suicide prevention and depression.”
Being involved in bringing Amy’s 30×30 Project to Milwaukee helped me find my own shut up moment inspiring me to co-start a movement with Phil you now know as The Shut Up Show. Yeah, that’s how good she is! You know what else she’s good at? Robot dancing. Too bad Phil stopped broadcasting before she could show you moves like Jagger.
